A blending experiment! Using three randomly chosen Texas Whiskeys.

• Balcones Lineage Single Malt

• Shire Percheron Bourbon

• Still Austin The Artist Straight Rye Whiskey.

The blend I settled on is

• 50% Balcones Lineage Single Malt

• 33% Shire Percheron Bourbon

• 17% Still Austin Artist Straight Rye Whiskey

I created something I like. You might not, and that is ok.
